The project, in three stages.

  1. 01

    Starting point

On the seminar side, offers were tracked in yearly Excel files, with reminders, statuses, documents and statistics to consolidate by hand.

  2. 02

    Implementation

Import of three years of history, creation of an internal tool, input forms, user access, statistics and document generation.

  3. 03

    Result

Less double entry, information in one place, simpler reminders and a more reliable base to steer the business.
