Privacy

  1. Controller

Vincent Porret, VP Prog, Savigny (VD), Switzerland. For any question about your data: admin@vp-prog.ch.

  2. Contact form

Your message, name, email and optional attachment are only used to answer your request and follow it up. They go through the website host (Vercel) and are sent by a Google Apps Script to VP Prog’s Google mailbox.

  3. Assistant (chatbot)

Messages written in the assistant are sent to Infomaniak AI, in Switzerland, to generate the answers. VP Prog does not store them in a database. They only reach Vincent if you then send the contact form. Do not write sensitive data in it.

  4. Booking a call

Booking a slot happens in Google Calendar: the information you enter is processed by Google under its own terms.

  5. Audience measurement and advertising

With your consent (cookie banner), the website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure visits and campaign performance. Without your consent, no measurement cookie is set; Google may still receive anonymous cookieless signals (consent mode) to estimate conversions. You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookies” button at the bottom of the page.

  6. Storage in your browser

Your cookie choice, the theme and a draft of the form are kept in your browser (localStorage and sessionStorage). They never leave your device.

  7. Transfers abroad

Vercel and Google may process data in the United States or the European Union. These providers rely on safeguards recognised by Switzerland (Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

  8. Retention

Requests are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to manage any resulting business relationship, then deleted.

  9. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to admin@vp-prog.ch. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
